store at room° away from direct sunlight for up to 2–3 days only, or refrigerate for up to 5–7 days only. to enjoy them warm, very lightly spritz the bites with water then toast at 150 °c for 2–3 minutes, or allow them to sit at room° for a few minutes before serving
